Refunds & Returns
Return are acceptable only if -:
1. The product is damaged or/and defective
2. Damage and/or defect is not as a result of customer fault
3. The wrong item has been delivered
4. The product is not advertised (the product doesn’t not match with the website image, description and specification)
5. The product delivered is missing some part.
Faulty/defective products purchased from us can only be exchanged if-:
1. The fault is reported within 3 days from the date of acceptance of delivery
2. The product is returned to us in its original package.
3. The fault is verified to be genuine and not as a result of mishandling by the customer.
As a standard process if the order is not processed because of some technical error or canceled by the user, then the refund will be initiated in same credit card/debit card or online banking account through which the order has been originally processed.(refund handling charges 3% will be applicable in case of cancellation of order from user end over and above the cancellation charges as specified in the order)
